Mary "Maria" Elizabeth Robinson, English writer and biographer of her mother, Mary "Perdita" Robsinon, the writer and actress. · To Samuel Jackson Pratt, writer and actor : 1 autograph letter signed : 26 Oct 1803 : (S'ANA 0226) : 3 pages (double sheet) : from Englefield Cottage : begins, "When we opened your letter, we both, by one sentiment, exclaimed 'What a dear'! -- and on its conclusion 'What a very dear' was our repeated ejaculation!" Published in full with commentary as SC 52 in Shelley and his Circle, v. 1, p. 319f.
