(in facsimile), and all but the t.-p. of the 8 preliminary leaves later printed by James Nycolson of Southwark, including the dedication to King Henry VIII (with mention of "Quene Anna [Boleyn]") signed: Myles Couerdale, and "A prologe. Myles Couerdale Vnto the Christen reader."
